HR Minion: A profile

J. William Tincup is doing something really cool over at his JPIE blog. For the whole month of December he will be profiling different Human Capital bloggers. Naturally, I wanted to jump in on this as well because it’s fun and I get to hang with the cool kids. And, well, it’s also all about me. (I’m not really this narcissistic, I swear).
