Our 16th HR Happy Hour is in the can and I have to say it was one of the most engrossing conversations we’ve ever had! The topic of the night was “Is HR dead?” and boy did that stir up interest. Yes? No? Should we even ask the question? If we ask the question does that mean yes? If we don’t ask the question are we ignoring the issue?
