… the HR Minion. Because even minions have opinions. And giggles.

HRevolution: Way too much fun.

Dudes, I am still operating under a sleep deficiency and my voice is a little hoarse but HRevolution was completely and totally worth it. I had way too much fun. And even though it’s hard to condense 2 days of craziness into a few highlights, here we go:

– Hanging out with my conference spouse April Dowling. She is all kinds of awesome and was so much fun.
– Not only finally meeting Steve Boese in person, but co-hosting a HR Happy Hour show on location together. And yes, Steve is dapper in person as well.
– The wonderful feeling of community and friendship I felt whenever we all got together to eat, listen, chat, and party. It felt…. right.
– Listening to the amazingly smart presenters and the conversations they inspired.
– All the awesome overheards, jokes, and general hi-jinks that you can only experience by being there.
– The knowledge that meeting everyone in person is only going to help strengthen and deepen the friendships we had already started online.
– Bacon Buttons. Enough said.

Want to know more? Well, no worries, there are already plans in the works for getting you more information on what went down at HRevolution than you could ever want. In the meantime, check out this sweet T.V. spot we got on the local Fox station.
