HR Happy Hour #77
Well, another HR Happy Hour is in the can and it was one I had been really looking forward to! How did it go? Well, I won’t lie to you, it was awesome! We were talking with Jamie Naughton from Zappos about talent and culture. Highlights of the show: Her title Cruise Ship Captain has nothing to do with boats, Mike VanDervort is a Zappos fanboy, and on a scale of 1 -10 of weirdness I’m at least a 9. I do have to say though, coming on our show probably means Zappos culture talk has officially jumped the shark, but It was a fun show with an insanely active #HRHappyHour twitter back channel, so why don’t you check it out below?
