Break out the cake and ice cream darling readers, as of today this little blog officially reaches 3 years! In celebration of all the changes over the last 3 years I’ve updated the site a bit and even have a nice new theme!

Whew. I don’t know about you, but the last 3 years have been crazy. From anonymous ramblings to building my own social media empire, unemployment to 2 cross country moves, and so many wonderful new friendships; this blog has become a much bigger part of my world than anticipated. But I wouldn’t have missed a second.

Thank you to everyone who has read, commented, encouraged, and connected with me. This blog may be a collection of my often random thoughts and HR musings, but I wouldn’t still be doing it without your support. Lots of love and hugs to you all!
