Lately, I’ve been re-watching Chappelle’s Show streaming on Netflix, because, well, it’s effing hilarious. And it is chock full of useful advice. Seriously.

Yeah, it is just that easy for things to go completely wrong. Because authenticity at work is important, but “keeping it real” is never a good idea. So for your sake and mine, keep it professional, not “real”.
